Only five evacuees in Melaka as flood situation improves

MELAKA - The situation in flood-hit Alor Gajah district here continues to improve, with only a family of five remaining at a relief centre this morning.

The evacuees, from Kampung Pulau dan Kampung Belimbing, are being housed at the Kampung Belimbing community hall, said Melaka Disaster Management Committee Secretariat in a statement. - BERNAMA
