PH has also offered to empower jobs for youths, provide opportunities for drop out youths during the pandemic, develop flood shelters and improve protection agisnt disasters and address the issue of contract doctors.
It also promises to boost welfare of health workers.
PH also hopes to eliminate gender inequality and empower women socioeconomically, empower Sabah and Sarawak, increase the competitiveness of the people and preserve natural treasures.
PH Chairman Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said PH's offer aims to ensure the people's wellbeing as a whole through economic growth, restoring the public's confidence through a trustworthy administration and preparing the country to face various challenges in the future.
He said the pillar in the manifesto offered was still related to the issue of a good governance.
"A good document couldn't be implemented without ensuring the government submits to principles, law and good governance, that we do not dispute.
"That's why in the leadership, the question of the rule of law, independence of the judiciary and the eradication of corruption must remain as pillars.
"What's so special about this manifesto? I don't think that Umno and BN could submit a proposal to defend the principles of good governance because the issue of corruption and misuse of power is entangled in their leadership," he said during the speech at the Kita Boleh! Harapan Offer Launching Ceremony, here, on Wednesday.
He said PH was determined to rebuild Malaysia from BN and PN's destruction in over 30 months after it was plagued by policy flaws and administrative leaks.
Anwar said it included the lack of ideas the coalition of the government parties to deal with long term issues such as the social disparity.
"Armed with the strong commitment of the PH leadership and a clear mandate through the people in the ballot box on Nov 19, we can develop Malaysia to become more sustainable, prosperous, creative and absed on the values of respect and courtesy.
"The policies outlined in the PH Offer can propel Malaysia far into the future," he said.
