Seven-year-old boy sodomised by step-brother

SHAH ALAM - A 17-year old teenager was arrested after being suspected of sodomising his seven-year old step-brother.
Bentong District police chief Superintendent Zaiham Mohd Kahar said the incident happened in Karak on Sunday.
Zaiham said police received a report of the incident by the victim's 43-year old father on Oct 30 and based on the information received, the suspect had been arrested.
"The Crime Investigation Division from the Bentong district headquarters (IPD) made an arrest on the suspect following the report and the suspect is now being remanded for seven days until Nov 6," he said in a statement, last night.
The case is being investigated under Section 377C of the Penal Code which carried an imprisonment of not less than five years and not more than 20 years and could also be liable to whipping, if found guilty.
Zaiham also advised the public especially parents or guardians to always monitor their children to prevent undesired events.
