Earlier, incumbent Gombak MP Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali arrived at SMK Sungai Pusu here at around 8:40am.
He had marched together with supporters heading towards the nomination centre.
The PN president will be defending the seat he held for four terms.
He won the seat in the last three general elections under the PKR ticket.
