Former Lembah Pantai MP Fahmi Fadzil said Pas’s credentials should be questioned due to the recent statement made by Sik Pas Youth Chief Mohd.Shahiful Mhd.Nasir.
“Who is he to decide the accounting of one’s sins ?” Fahmi said during his campaign speech at PPR Pantai Ria Friday night.
Recently, Shahiful said that those who vote for Barisan Nasional (BN) and Pakatan Harapan (PH) would end up in hell.
Fahmi said he was baffled at which Islamic law Shahiful was referring to for him to punish people that easily.
“When it comes to your faith , even if you are wearing a kopiah, you have to be careful with your words if not your belief has deviated,” he stated.
Fahmi also stressed that the Kedah Mufti must give an explanation to the public regarding Shahiful’s statement,as it can be confusing.
