"Only those who are obsessed with the money given by Najib still kiss his hand - Dr Mahathir

SHAH ALAM - Former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said only those who are obsessed with the monetary bribes given by former Pekan member of Parliament Datuk Seri Najib Razak would still accept him as their leader and kiss his hand.
In a recent Facebook post, Dr Mahathir criticised Najib, claiming that he disregarded UMNO's fight for race, nation, and religion, transforming it into a corrupted "Cash is King" party.
Dr Mahathir clarified that Najib felt invincible after giving out large sums of bribery. He claimed that is why Najib never bothered to conceal his crimes including taking billions of Ringgit to bribe UMNO and voters in plain view of the public.
Dr Mahathir also stated that Najib has lost and that his jail and fines are due to his serious offences.
On August 23, the Federal Court upheld the conviction and prison sentence of 12 years and a fine of RM210 million against Najib who was found guilty of misappropriating SRC International Sdn Bhd funds amounting to 42 million.
