Invoke scandal? Latiff questions Rafizi’s declaration not in line with the RM2.5 million investment

Latiff stated in his most recent press release that the more Rafizi Ramli attempts to answer inquiries regarding the Invoke scandal, newer and graver issues arise.
He said that Rafizi stated on Facebook on Nov 8, 2022, that he had invested his savings of RM2.5 million in 2016 in stocks, despite the fact that this number contradicts his asset declaration from March 10, 2015.
He stated that the sum of RM2.5 million was not mentioned in the 2015 statutory disclosure, which raises numerous doubts regarding the origin of the money.
Latiff requests that the police and Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) launch an investigation under the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing, and Proceeds of Illegal Activities Act 2001 (AMLATFPUAA), as this case is in the public interest.
Recently, Latiff questioned Rafizii's declaration of assets, totalling nearly RM17 million through a shareholding in the company he founded, Invoke Solutions Sdn Bhd.
According to him, the company incurred a loss at the end of December 2021, and its net assets were negative RM4.7 million.
However, as of Rafizi's statement dated Oct 13, 2022, the company's value has risen to RM17 million.
