Prabakaran : 'I cannot fulfil everything but that does not mean not doing my job'

"There are some days I might be absent in certain places because I would be solving some other ongoing issues around Batu areas.
"I can't be at all places at the same time.
"Sometimes, I can't fullfill everything. People don't see things but that does not mean I'm not doing my job," he said to Sinar Daily.
He said this when asked on his absence during his time as an Batu MP since 2018.
"If they give me another chance, I will prove them wrong," he said when met during his walkabout in Sentul Utama flats.
The incumbent MP Prabakaran won the seat as an idependent in 2018 election, before joining Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR).
He further said fulfilling his promises to voters will be his main concern, not what other candidates think of him. Prabakaran is contesting the Batu seat against nine other contestants.
"I cannot get my work done and manifesto fulfilled if I focus on other candidates," he said when met during his walkabout at Sentul Utama flats.
As a 'anak jati' (local resident) in Sentul, Prabakaran believes that he could cater the people's need around Batu area.
Prabakaran, now 26 was the youngest candidate when he won the seat as an independent in 2018 election before joining PKR.
The Election Commission (EC) has set nation's polling date on Nov 19.
