Zahid knows he will go to jail if he loses, says Dr M
DENGKIL - Parti Pejuang Tanah Air (Pejuang) chairman Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad slams Umno president Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi saying that the latter knows he will go to jail if Barisan Nasional (BN) loses in the upcoming 15th General Election.
“We all know BN is led by the wrong leaders that steal money. Their former president is already in jail.
”Zahid knows if he loses in the election, he will go to jail,” Dr Mahathir said.
The former premier also stated that Pejuang would want to build a government that was clean of corruption cases and not a government that consisted of crooks.
He was speaking to the people of Dengkil during his walkabout with Pejuang candidate for Sepang constituency Datin Che Asmah Ibrahim.
He urged the public to vote for Pejuang if they wanted a clean, transparent government in comparison to the government involved with graft activities.
“Do you want to have government full of crooks? Who would want that? No one wants that.
“InsyaAllah (if God’s will) if you vote for box number 2 (referring to Che Asmah), you will get a candidate that is free from any crime,” he said.
