KUALA LUMPUR: As Malaysia sits on edge while waiting for the results of the 15th General Election, PKR vice-president Nurul Izzah Anwar posts a little lighthearted exchange between her and her husband, Yin Shao Loong on Twitter.
The photo posted at 6pm today showed the Pakatan Harapan Permatang Pauh parliamentary candidate riding pillion with Yin captioning the photo “Rain is coming. Roads will be congested. Candidate 4 @n_izzah rides a motorcycle.”
Nurul Izzah then reposted the post on her Twitter account which has 1.3 million followers with a playful response: “Why did you sneak a photo of me?”
The photo was a hit with netizens who loved the fact that Nurul Izzah was seemingly making fun of herself and allowed a photo of her looking slightly dishevelled posted online.
To date, the photo has received over 5,000 retweets and 14 thousand likes.
