GE15: Anwar yet to be seen at PH’s command centre

PETALING JAYA – The clock will strike midnight soon but the media has not seen PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim at the party’s gathering spot at a hotel in Subang, here.
At the moment, the whole nation was anxiously waiting for the official announcement of the majority-winning party in 15th General Election (GE15).
Media personnel and several supporters got the updates on the official and unofficial votes from the emcee who hosted the live programme through a big screen here.
It was learnt that Anwar had arrived in the building but he was nowhere to be seen at the common areas.
Speculations had been made that Anwar would only meet with the media personnel once the official GE15 result had been made and if he became the 10th prime minister.
At press time, it was raining heavily.
