GE15: Youth voters contributed to PN's commanding victory in Kelantan

Its chairman Datuk Ahmad Yakob said the wave of support witnessed PN winning double the majority compared to the previous election in Tumpat, Pengkalan Chepa and Tanah Merah.
"Every message delivered by the youth in relation to it must be heard and issues related to the group must be taken seriously," he said during the GE15 results press conference at the Pas State Liaison Office. here, on Sunday.
He said the wave of youth voters supported PN's victory in Gua Musang when they successfully defeated Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah.
Ahmad said the situation showed that voters no longer look at the leadership figure but would rather look at the policy brought by the party itself.
The Menteri Besar said the manifesto presented by PN, especially in Kelantan had succeeded in meeting the tastes of the people including the youth.
In GE15, PN created a surprise when it swept 14 parliamentary seats in Kelantan.
