Umno Wilayah Persekutuan Wanita chief Datuk Seri Zurainah Musa said the combination is part of rakyat’s choice.
“Rakyat does not only choose party but they also choose individuals,” Zarinah told reporters at Umno Wilayah Persekutuan Wanita headquarters, here.
She further spoke on economic problems expected next year which needs a stable government.
“Or how we move forward,” she added.
She also said Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi should be held accountable for party's poor performance.
“Umno Wilayah Persekutuan Wanita urges him to step down from his position as BN Chairman and Umno President immediately,” she said.
She added the party requires a new structure to ensure Barisan Nasional becomes the people’s choice in the future.
