KUALA LUMPUR - MIC deputy president, Datuk Seri M Saravanan said he already had a ' favoured choice'.

Saravanan was referring to the negotiations between Pakatan Harapan (PH) and Barisan Nasional (BN) in forming the federal government.

" The matter however still requires approval from the party," he was quoted as saying to Astro Awani.

" The favoured choice is there but we have to look at the party's choice," he told reporters at Menara Dato' Onn on Tuesday.

Several BN party leaders were seen entering Menara Dato' Onn PWTC on Tuesday since 9.40am.

It is understood that today's meeting is to finalise the cooperation between Pakatan Harapan (PH) and BN in forming the federal government.

Meanwhile, Umno vice president Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin did not rule out the possibility that one of the agendas of the BN Supreme Council Meeting would be to touch on the statutory declaration (SD).

" The main agenda is on SD? Maybe. The main agenda (is) about the party," he said.
