Covid-19: 2,465 new cases, five deaths

SHAH ALAM – The Health Ministry records 2,465 new Covid-19 cases on Monday with one of them being an imported case.

The new cases brought our country’s cumulative number of cases to 4,950,315.

According to the KKMNOW portal, there were five deaths reported from Covid-19 and two of them involved brought-in-dead (BID) cases.

It brought the total number of deaths due to the pandemic in Malaysia to 36,657.

A total of 92 patients were admitted to the intensive care units (ICU) with 51 of them required breathing aids.
