In a statement here today, JKSB, the concessionaire of JSAHMS, said the temporary closure of the bridge is in conjunction with the ‘Polis DiRaja Malaysia Penang 2nd Bridge Solidariti Fun Ride 2022’ programme.
"However, the bridge will be operating as usual upon the completion of the whole event,” it said.
JKSB advises the public to use the Penang Bridge under the management of Plus Malaysia Bhd (PLUS) as an alternative and follow all on-site instructions.
