SHAH ALAM - Pas hopes that the Christmas celebration this year will continue to foster a harmonious atmosphere in the country.
Its secretary-general Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan said this in his Christmas wish to the Christian community in Malaysia.
He said he hoped that the understanding and respect between races and beliefs of all religions could continue to be maintained to create a tolerant and united society.
“Pas wishes Merry Christmas to all Christians in the country.
"Hopefully this year's celebration will continue to foster a harmonious atmosphere, understanding and respect between races and beliefs of all religions," he said in a statement, today.
