Its director Datuk Che Sukri Che Mat said that the matter was to ensure that the viral incident involving foreign tourists wearing bikini on the island would not repeat itself to cause discomfort among Muslims.
He said the best action will be discussed against foreign tourists who tarnish the image of Pulau Besar which has been respected with the historical values of the beginning of Islamic civilization.
He said, the discussion on Tuesday will also be attended by the Historic Melaka City Council (MBMB), the police (PDRM) and the Melaka Islands Council (MPPM).

"The incident went viral on social media to the extent that it has caused public displeasure.
"Since the offencer is not a Muslim, so there is no enactment to deal with the offence," he said when met in Rembia here on Sunday.
He said Section 71 of the Melaka State Syariah Offenses Enactment 1991 only applies to those who are Muslims.
"As an initial action, we will request the cooperation of boat and accommodation operators as well as Loyal Peers of Jaim to reprimand any individual who is dressed inappropriately.
"We propose to also put up a reminder board for tourists to dress appropriately," he added.

The clip was shared by more than 1,600 Facebook users with the most netizens condemning the action and claiming it would be the cause of a major disaster.
The island is associated with various mysterious events and legends when it became the burial place of great figures from the Malacca Malay Sultanate.
