KL police offers 50 pct discount for traffic summons
The discounts does not include non-compoundable (NC), trial status, heavy vehicle related, exhaust modification, queue-cut, accident, double lane cutting, emergency lane and red light claim summons.

The Kuala Lumpur Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department (JSPT) said the discounts would apply for individuals who make physical payments at the Jalan Tun H S Lee Traffic Station.
"However, the discounts does not include non-compoundable (NC), trial status, heavy vehicle related, exhaust modification, queue-cut, accident, double lane cutting, emergency lane and red light claim summons.
"Payments can be made through cash or credit/debit cards however, cash payments is encouraged to avoid problems at credit/debit terminals during payments," it said in a statement.
Kuala Lumpur JSPT further said the discounts are for summons issued by the police and does not involve other agencies.
