Covid-19 : 543 new cases, four deaths recorded

SHAH ALAM - Malaysia records 543 new Covid-19 cases on Friday with four imported cases.
The Health Ministry through KKMNow portal recorded four deaths with one brought-in-dead (BID).
This has raised the total number of deaths to 36,870 cases.
There are 11,415 active cases presently with 10,828 or 94.9 percent undergoing home quaratine.
A total of 554 patients are being treated in the hospitals where 33 patients were placed in the intensive care unit (ICU) and 14 required ventilator support.
The total recoveries recorded on Friday were 688 cases bringing the total to 4,981,052 cases.
