SHAH ALAM - Pas wishes Happy Chinese New Year to all Malaysian Chinese and hopes the celebration can bring people together through happiness.

Its secretary-general Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan said this in his Chinese New Year wish to the Chinese community in Malaysia.

Takiyuddin stated just like in previous years, for this Chinese New Year, the Chinese community would gather with their families and loved ones to bid farewell to the Year of the Tiger and celebrate the Year of the Rabbit.

“In conjunction with the New Year, let us all Malaysians from different races and religions work together to overcome any obstacles with the thoroughness and agility of a rabbit to build a brilliant and valuable Malaysia for all.

“May we all be in better prosperity and health this year,” the statement read.
