New manufacturing facility by Adabi

SHAH ALAM - Adabi Consumer Industries has opened a new canning and sauce manufacturing facility in Rawang, Selangor.

Following the company's significant growth in 2022, the new factory is the most recent addition to the existing canning and sauce factories.

Adabi's most recent investment will expand its capacity to produce Ready-to-Eat (RTE) food and expand the market for their products both domestically and internationally.

With a factory area size of 1.6 acres, this factory is able to produce 200 per cent more products than the previous factory, and it will increase job opportunities for the local communities of the area.

This factory will manufacturing various products which are Sardin in Tomato Sauce, Sardines in Tomato Sauce with Chilli, Chicken / Beef Curry, Kurma, Rendang; Lamb Curry; Spicy Anchovies / Cockles / Mussels; Chicken / Beef / Ribs / Lamb Soup; Satay Sauce.

Meanwhile, for the upcoming new canned products, there will be variations of seafood and meat based dishes as RTE products and a sauce production line producing Oyster Sauce; Chili Sauce; Tomato Sauce, Seafood Sauce, and Korean Sauce.

All products are certified Halal by JAKIM.

This new manufacturing factory is Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) certified, which means all products were addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement, and handling, to manufacturing, distribution, and consumption of the finished product.

With Food Safety Management Systems (FSSC) certified, this ensured the factory produced guaranteed food safety standards and procedures.
