SHAH ALAM - The job offers seem to be pouring in for former health minister Khairy Jamaluddin after being axed from Umno last Friday.

Khairy who is popular figure among youths was offered a job as a DJ from a local radio station this morning through the station's official instagram account

The instagram post wrote "Salam @khairykj, how about you take a shot at a new field as a radio host?"

The account posted a picture of an official letter to the former Rembau Member of Parliament asking him to join the station's popular regular morning segment which runs from Monday to Friday at 6am to 10am.

However the good natured offer seemed to have drawn flak from some social media users who said the offer should not be given to a former minister.

Yesterday Khairy reposted a post by Tunku Mahkota of Johor Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim which mentioned that he would be the future Johor Darul Ta'zim Football Club (JDTFC) CEO and Johor Youth advisor.

In the instagram story, Khairy expressed his gratitude for the gracious offer.“One door closes, others will open. Sustenance is on God’s hands,” he wrote.

On Friday, Khairy was sacked from Umno for being vocal against the party's leadership and for claiming that there were ghost voters recruited to contribute votes to the no-contest motion for the party's top two positions.

A number of other Umno leaders and prominent figures were also suspended from the party such as Sembrong member of parliament Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein and former Umno Information chief Shahril Hamdan.
