KOTA BHARU - Kelantan Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) said they are not aware of Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC)'s move to freeze the party's account.

However, Bersatu Kelantan Governing Body (BPN) chairman Datuk Kamaruddin Md Noor said Kelantan Bersatu will not be secretive if they are investigated.

"We are not an 'underground' party and we are always prepared if anyone wants to conduct an investigation," he told Sinar.

Refused to comment further, Kamaruddin said let Bank Negara investigate further.

"I'm not commenting on this and I have no knowledge about this nor was I informed by Bersatu or the bank," he explained.

Earlier, the party's internal source confirmed that Bersatu's account was frozen by MACC.
