Netflix to air MH370 docu-series on ninth anniversary of disappearance
SHAH ALAM - Netflix will be airing a docu-series on the missing MH370 on the ninth year anniversary of the tragedy.
The series titled "MH370: The Plane That Disappeared" can be viewed from March 8 and will feature family members of the missing victims reliving the tragedy and subsequent occurences.
This new docu-series will explore the many questions and theories surrounding the disappearance of the aircraft. It will also include real-life footage of the family members grieving during the announcement of the plane losing all contacts from the ground and vanished from Air Traffic Control Radar.
Nine years ago, a passenger plane with 239 people on board went missing mid-flight.
The sudden disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, 40 minutes after its departure from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to Beijing Capital National Airport on March 8, 2014 has sparked panic worldwide.
A grand search for the plane was initiated beginning with South China Sea and Andaman Sea, up until the northeastern Indian Ocean. Despite many efforts by governments and private agencies, the plave was never found.
