A total of 9,277 active Covid-19 cases were recorded with 8,901 or 96.2 per cent undergoing home quarantine while 340 patients were placed in hospitals.

SHAH ALAM - Malaysia records 206 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours with five imported cases.
The Health Ministry through their KKMNow portal recorded one death outside of hospital facilities or brought-in-dead (BID).
The country has recorded 36,959 deaths in total.
A total of 9,277 active Covid-19 cases were recorded with 8,901 or 96.2 per cent undergoing home quarantine while 340 patients were placed in hospitals.
Seven patients were placed in the intensive care unit (ICU) with three requiring ventilator support.
176 recoveries were recorded, bringing the total to 4,996,761 cases.
