Covid-19: 223 new cases, no deaths recorded

SHAH ALAM - Malaysia records 223 new Covid-19 cases on Saturday with three imported cases.
The Health Ministry through their KKMNow portal stated no deaths were recorded maintaining the total of 36,967 cases.
There were 9,380 active Covid-19 cases with 9,077 or 96.8 per cent undergoing home quarantine while 298 patients were placed in hospitals.
Five patients were admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) with four requiring ventilator supports.
There were 193 recoveries on Saturday bringing the total to 4,998,845 cases in Malaysia.
