SHAH ALAM - Police have arrested a man suspected to be behind the case of the discovery of tens of cat carcasses at a rented unit of the Bayu Tasik Condominium in Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Cheras.
Cheras district police chief Assistant Commissioner Zam Halim Jamaluddin said the 31-year old man believed to be the tenant of the unit was arrested by the district police headquarters (IPD) criminal investigations department, yesterday.
“Further investigation on the case is being carried out,” he said in a statement, today.
