SHAH ALAM - Datuk Seri Najib Razak's daughter describes Hari Raya celebration this year as subdued without her father's presence.

In an Instagram post, Nooryana Najwa Najib expressed her disappointment, thinking of her dad, who is celebrating Raya in prison this year.

"This Hari Raya has no meaning for us as a family because our father is not by our side.

"I'm deeply affected by what has happened to him. He is now forced to celebrate alone in prison," she wrote.

It was previously reported that the court had sentenced Najib to 12 years in prison and a fine of RM210 million after finding him guilty of abuse of power and money laundering of RM42 million in funds belonging to SRC International Sdn Bhd (SRC).
