The four men pleaded guilty to the charge made against them before Magistrate Nur Azzuin Abdul Moali, who then allowed them bail of between RM1,500 and RM2,000 each pending sentencing at the Kulai Magistrate’s Court.

Brothers Mohamed Efendi Mohamed Said, 40, and Muhammad Fazli Mohamed Said, 24, and Khalid Khamis, 38, were jointly charged under Section 353 of the Penal Code with using criminal force to deter Lance Corporal Muhammad Hasrull Mohd Namiri from discharging his duty.
