KUALA LUMPUR - The Sessions Court, here, today ordered the founder of Rumah Bonda, Siti Bainun Ahd Razali to serve her prison sentence immediately in Kajang Prison, today.
Judge Izralizam Sanusi made the ruling after finding the 31-year-old woman failed to provide reasonable doubt to allow the court to grant a stay of execution.
"The accused's appeal was rejected, so the court had ordered her to serve prison sentence immediately," he said.
Siti Bainun was sentenced to prison after being found guilty of neglecting and abusing a down syndrome teenager known as Bella, two years ago.
