'Father was suspected of having a heart attack' - Ridzuan Hashim's daughter
KUALA LUMPUR - The daughter of popular actor Ridzuan Hashim informed that her father had died at home before he was taken to Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL) today.
Dhaniyah said that her father's remains was still undergoing post-mortem process in the forensic room of the hospital.
"My father was suspected of having a heart attack. We are at HKL now and we are still waiting for the post-mortem process to finish. My late father did not have a history of heart disease before.
"I can't share anything more. Just wait for my mother to update on social media from time to time," she said when contacted by Astro Awani.
The 62-year-old actor had risen in popularity in the early 90s and has starred in dozens of dramas including Adam & Hawa, Suara Dari Kubur, Tanah Kubur, Kuasa and many more.
In the meantime, the late Ridzuan's ex-wife actress Didie Alias informed that his remains will be managed at the HKL surau and that he will be buried at Batu 16 Cemetery, Hulu Langat.
"Anyone who wishes to visit for the last time can come to Masjid Batu 16 Hulu Langat. The funeral prayers will be held there," she wrote on her Instagram page a while ago. - AWANI
