SHAH ALAM - The police are checking with the relevant department about a woman who had gone viral yesterday for sharing explicit content about her personal life and giving immoral advice on marriage.

“We will check with the relevant department and share the information, if any,” a spokesman said when asked if police received reports in regards to the case.

Meanwhile, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Religious Affairs) Datuk Dr Mohd Na'im Mokhtar had instructed the Malaysian Islamic Development Department (Jakim) to lodge a report to the Malaysian Communications Multimedia Commission on the matter today.

He said Jakim was also told to call the woman up and provide some advice and guidance on the matter.

Yesterday, a woman claiming to be an Ustazah (religious teacher) had gone viral after Twitter users exposed her online “marriage advice” and activities in Telegram groups that contained immoral and explicit sexual content.

She claimed that she was doing it for a mission; to give motivation and guidance on domestic issues and the “true” way on how wives should treat their husbands.

Among the things she was "teaching" her followers were becoming your husband's prostitute and sodomy.
