He said this is done by embracing differences to identify and address problems.
He further called on the unity government to put a "full stop" to unforeseen political upheavals and daunting trials brought in by political enemies, adding that the situation calls to initiate a personal shift to accomplish extraordinary feats within the government.
Addressing thousands of party members at convention, he said grassroots representatives meet today to collectively shape the direction of the country.
"We meet in parliament and meetings to encourage grassroots movement towards a promising future," he said.
Adam said such movements will enhance trust in politics and to embrace the new era of politics and ways to response to new challenges.
"Uniting the government is no simple task, especially when it comes to reaching out to the younger generation.
"We confront numerous challenges and for this we must reflect on how and where to begin our journey," he added.
The deputy youth and sports minister said there are various issues such as wage concerns and youth-related challenges that require solution. "To tackle them effectively, we must look into their root causes and find viable solutions."
"We mustn't merely produce voters. Our aim is to nurture future leaders who understand their role and the impact they can make," he said.
Ultimately, he said there must be moves to strengthen trust and to accry out more engagements among youths.
