SHAH ALAM - Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim shared his joy in welcoming his 13th grandchild, today.

On his Facebook page, Anwar also shared a photo of himself cradling his grandchild, who is the child of Nurul Nuha.

She is the second child of Anwar and Datin Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.

"Praise be to God as Azizah and I today received our 13th grandchild.

"Congratulations to Nuha and Khairul," he said.

Meanwhile, social media users on Facebook extended their congratulations and prayers for the well-being of Anwar and his family.

"Congratulations to Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and Datin Seri Wan Azizah Wan Ismail. May everything be made easy for you and may you be blessed by Allah," said Amad Ewan.

"Congratulations to the Prime Minister. May you have a long life and may Allah bless you with many grandchildren," commented Facebook user Jemi Adis.

Facebook user Premila Palaniandy Mila Peter: "Congratulations to Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim for his kindness. May God always protect Datuk Seri and his family."
