Malaysia expels Cambodian ex-opposition leader Sam Rainsy

It said Rainsy and several members of his group had travelled to Kuala Lumpar to hold a meeting.
Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen was reported as saying that the trip was shortened after Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim ordered their deported at 9 am (Malaysian time), today.
Han Sen said Anwar had promised him that Rainsy would “never be allowed to step on Malaysian soil” however the former leader has entered Malaysia using a French passport.
“He (Anwar) did not know about his (Rainsy’s) arrival because he flew in on a private flight using a French passport,” Hun Sen was quoted as saying.
“Now he is at the airport, getting ready to leave. Yesterday, he was attempting to have a meeting in KL but was not allowed to.”
Hun Sen thanked Anwar for "promising me four times not to let this [Sam Rainsy] come. He does not know, they come from the private sector and use French passports.”
