Ex-Finas CEO sues Fahmi, five others over unlawful termination

Finas CEO Professor Dr Md Nasir Ibrahim has filed a suit against Finas, Communications and Digital Minister Fahmi Fadzil and four others over his alleged unlawful termination.

SHAH ALAM - Former National Film Development Corporation (Finas) chief executive officer Professor Dr Md Nasir Ibrahim has filed a suit over his alleged unlawful termination.
He filed the suit through Messrs Srimugam & Co at the High Court on Wednesday (June 28).
In the suit, he named Communications and Digital Minister Fahmi Fadzil, Finas and its chairman Datuk Kamil Ahmad Mohd Othman, directors Mastura Ahmad Mustafa, Noor Azam Shairi and Idwan Ariff Abdul Rahman as defendants.
