SHAH ALAM - Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution says he is awaiting a full report on the incident at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) involving Tourism, Arts, and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing.

He said he will review the report and assess the situation before determining the appropriate course of action.

"I am waiting for the full report," he said, today.

Earlier, Sinar reported that the situation at the arrival hall of Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) became chaotic when an individual, believed to be the minister, attempted to intervene in the case of a Chinese tourist detained by the Immigration Department on Thursday.

Confirming his presence in the viral picture, Tiong said that he was at KLIA at that time in response to tourist complaints.

Howver, he denied allegations that the uproar was misrepresented and insisted that the Immigration Department should release the Chinese visitors.
