KEMAMAN - Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi leaves it to the police to investigate Papagomo, who accused him of deceiving the Yang di-Pertuan Agong to form a unity government with Pakatan Harapan (PH).

The Umno president said that a police report had been made regarding the allegation yesterday.

Therefore, he hoped appropriate action would be taken against the lie and fact violation committed by the former Umno Youth exco.

"I hope the police will take action against the lie he made up and the fraud against the actual fact.

"What we had done was according to the order of the King and also to the procedure to form a government at the time where PH had 82 seats while BN had 30 seats, so it suffices the 112 total submitted by the Unity Government according to the order of His Majesty," he said.

He said this after the ‘Majlis Korban Perdana’ and ‘Jamuan Rakyat Bersama Timbalan Perdana Menteri’ at Pantai Penunjuk, Kemaman on Saturday.

Earlier, on a live broadcast, Papagomo or in his real name Wan Muhammad Azri allegedly accused Zahid of having deceived the Yang di-Pertuan Agong to form a Unity Government with PH after the 15th General Election. - AWANI
