SEREMBAN: Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) deputy president Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu alleges that Umno and DAP are in fact pretending to accept each other.

He said this was, in fact, admitted by his friends in DAP.

"I recently met my friends from DAP who admitted that they have to act as if showing support to Umno and vice versa, although there is no compability between the two parties.

"I understand the feeling I had when I was with Pakatan Harapan, whereby each of us had different policies on various issues and matters and had to make our own decisions," he added.

He was met at a press conference during a gathering with members of the media on Tuesday.

Adding further, Ahmad Faizal says the imcompability is getting more apparent day by day.

The Negeri Sembilan Perikatan Nasional (PN) also agreed that Umno and DAP are only exchanging talk to make each other feel good and believe that the members of each party have accepted each other.

"I believe this statement is only meant to make those who are talking feel better, not those who are listening to it," he added.
