BANGI - Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim says the unity government will be conquering all six states involved in the state elections including Kelantan and Terengganu.

He said as the biggest political party in Malaysia, Pakatan Harapan (PH) and Barisan Nasional (BN) together with Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) and Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) will fight in the state polls.

“We have made a promise and have been given the responsibility by Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj (first prime minister) and we should keep the promise for a better country,” he said during the launching of the Madani election machinery for Selangor at Laman Niaga, here tonight.

He added that there was an additional RM2 billion allocation for education for Kelantan, Perlis, Terengganu and Kedah under the Madani government.

Anwar said the government has been administrating the country for eight months now and have fought against bribery.

“Those who had slandered us, we want them to end their political career,” he said.

Anwar also said Selangor has to become a new leader in national politics with cohesive and structured collaboration within PH and Barisan Nasional (BN) to win votes.

"This is to ensure that we win the hearts of the voters, who are also intelligent and mature in politics. This state will set the new standards of politics in this country.
