SHAH ALAM - A social media user has shared her experience when she wanted to seek treatment for her son who was infected with Influenza A.

In her tweet, the social media user, Aina, said she had checked with several hospitals, but all the hospitals were full.

"Influenza on the loose, mask up in crowded places and those who are sick please wear your masks outside.

"If you have symptoms, go check/test yourself," she wrote.

She also stated that she called all of her insurance's panel hospital and most of them were full.

Another Twitter user, Afif, responded to her tweet with a photo of his son who was also infected with Influenza A, waiting for a bed at a hospital.

The father confirmed that a hospital he initially went to, to get treatment for his son was also full.

He shared that he had been trying to find a hospital since 8.30pm and was still waiting for a room at 1.20am at the third hospital they went to.
