GOMBAK - Over 5,000 supporters join for the Gombak public march for the Hulu Kelang state seat Perikatan Nasional (PN) candidate Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali led by PN chairman Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.

The march for the Selangor state election nomination day started at about 8am was joined by Gombak PN candidate Muhammad Hilman Idham and Sungai Tua PN candidate Hanif Jamaluddin.

They arrived at the Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Sungai Pusu Nomination Centre at 8.40am after marching for over 500 metres starting from As-Syariff Mosque.

Also joining the march was Arau MP Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim.

The supporters had gathered near the Lemang Lerek Greenwood area around 5.40am performing their Subuh and hajat prayers beforehand.

Azmin who was the Selangor PN chairman was expected to face Pakatan Harapan (PH) candidate Juwiriya Zulkifli.
