SIK - 'The bride's inside' is the answer given jokingly by the Perikatan Nasional (PN) Jeneri state seat candidate Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor when arriving at the Sik Land and District Office Candidate Nomination Centre on Saturday.

Prior to that, Sanusi was likened to a groom when he arrived at the nomination centre clad in a green Baju Melayu complete with ‘samping’ to file for his nomination.

While walking towards the nomination centre, he spontaneously answered that his bride was inside.

His presence was accompanied by about 2,000 PN supporters who gathered at the candidate nomination centre around 8.50am with Belantek candidate Ahmad Sulaiman (Pas).

Sanusi who was the PN Election director-general won the Jeneri seat in the 14th general election (GE14) after defeating its incumbent Mahadzir Abdul Hamid (BN) and Mohd Nazri Abu Hassan (PKR).
