Karnival Pendidikan Sinar Bestari to showcase digital generation concept

SHAH ALAM - Karnival Pendidikan Sinar Bestari, an education carnival organised by Karangkraf Group, is set to highlight the concept of the digital generation.

The carnival, which will be held on Sept 8-10 at the Ideal Convention Centre in Shah Alam, will feature a variety of activities, including digital skill and works exhibitions, uniformed unit demos, and a haunted house.

Project director Meen Tahrin said that the carnival would provide students and teachers with an opportunity to learn about the new era of education.

"Through the largest carnival in Selangor, parents and the public can closely identify the world of digital based education.

"Visitors especially students can join several academic competitions through their respective school's involvement," he said at the carnival pre launching ceremony at Karangkraf Group here today.

Also present were Sinar Karangkraf Group CEO Farah Hussamuddin and Sinar Harian Editor-in-Chief Zamri Rambli.

Meen added that the carnival would also feature a variety of exhibitors, including the National Planetarium, Farm Fresh, AirAsia Academy, Karangkraf Book Group, Petrosains, and Les'Copaque.

"Also taking place will be the SinarPlus Makan Fest, a haunted house, School Sources Central TV auditions, as well as a mini zoo and horse carriage rides," he said.

“A silat display and Quran Hour kids programme from students around Selangor would be catered,” he explained.

The carnival is free to attend and will be open from 9am to 7pm each day.
