SEREMBAN - Negeri Sembilan Perikatan Nasional (PN) is offering the Bantuan Prihatin Peniaga Nismilan initiative with a grant allocation of RM4 million per year for small traders and vendors.

State PN deputy chairman Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu said the initiative was among eight proposals that will be implemented if given the mandate by the people of the state in the upcoming state election next week.

In addition, he said that the Nismilan Mudo initiative will be established to provide digital business training to aspiring young entrepreneurs with an annual allocation of RM1 million.

"Subsidies for B2 motorcycle licenses will also be provided to first-time applicants with a value of RM300 each,” he said.

We have also allocated RM2 million to enhance the quality of teaching and learning, including digital education aspects, in Sekolah Agama Rakyat in Negeri Sembilan," he said during the launch of the eight proposals of Negeri Sembilan PN via a live Facebook broadcast today.

Meanwhile, Ahmad Faizal added that an allocation of RM5 million will also be channeled to stimulate the tourism sector in the state.

He said various initiatives have been outlined to ensure that Negeri Sembilan becomes a destination for domestic and international tourists, as well as developing river cruises on Sungai Linggi and Rembau.

In addition, he said PN will establish the Nismilan Handicapped (OKU) Compassion Grant amounting to RM3,000 for the eligible and registered individuals to undergo additional training or courses before starting micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs).
