KUALA LUMPUR – Young voters need to understand the Federal Constitution to understand why Perikatan Nasional’s administration is based on fair rights.

Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia Supreme Council member Datuk Seri Mohd Redzuan Md Yusof said every Malaysian’s right would be preserved as stated in the constitution.

“Every Malaysian’s right will be preserved if we refer to the Constitution when governing.

“They are never over with the 3R (royalty, race, religion) issue but we are simply following what the Constitution says,” Redzuan said at Ceramah Umum DUN Hulu Kelang at Taman Melawati, here, tonight.

He further said that he hoped voters were convinced of the coalition’s stance.

"I hope young voters are convinced as of now with our stance because we are committed to ensuring a movement or politics that administrates based on the Constitution without involving any racial issues."

"We do not want future voters to say that he votes for someone because of a party that he belongs to, but because of what he stands for (which is the Constitution," he said.

Redzuan also highlighted people's financial difficulties and increasing cost of living, which he said could lead to continuous economic constriction and increased immorality among Malaysians.
