‘What is my sin? My sin is not voting for a liar like Anwar’ – Azmin

KUALA LUMPUR - Selangor Perikatan Nasional (PN) chairman today said that the opposing party does not just commit slander and personal attacks but aims to ‘attack’ traitors.

Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali said that his only sin was that he did not vote for Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, whom he branded as a liar who failed to govern the country.

‘What is my sin? My sin is not voting for a liar like Anwar Ibrahim who failed to govern the country, says the PN Hulu Kelang candidate at 'Ceramah Umum DUN Hulu Kelang' at Taman Melawati, here, tonight.

Azmin said that he had been constantly attacked for wanting to lead Selangor and contribute to the country.

"I am being attacked insistently for wanting to lead, but I accept it with an open heart and seek forgiveness from Allah, and asks for his help to continue giving me strength to keep moving forward and take care of Selangor to contribute to a concerned country.

"We shall not let a corruptor lead Selangor and (should) allow Perikatan Nasional to win for Selangor to finally rise," he continued.

His speech ended with a standing ovation from the crowd.
