SHAH ALAM - The Caretaker Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari Amirudin promises to deliver five pledges his government aimed to fulfill within 100 days of taking office if the state Unity government wins the polls.

These pledges are granting RM1,000 to 5,000 working women for childcare support, implementing property tax exemptions for kampung houses and low-cost housing, distributing RM200 book vouchers to 1,000 students through Kita Selangor, increasing allowances for imams, bilals and caretakers, and providing RM1,000 Agricultural and Fisheries Incentives to 500 farmers, paddy field workers and fishermen in Selangor.

"Our dedication to these pledges is not grounded on arrogance but on our profound trust in the wisdom of Selangor's people.

"We know that to elevate both Selangor and its rakyat to greater heights, a steadfast government is needed.

"This government must have demonstrated its ability to confront challenges, exhibit efficiency, adaptability and credibility, effectively address the people's concerns and upcoming challenges," said Amirudin in his special statement today.

For the state to reach greater accomplishments, he said, a steadfast government with a proven track record in meeting challenges, demonstrating efficiency, agility and credibility is paramount.
