GOMBAK – Former Selangor menteri besar Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali prayed for the late pilot Shahrul Kamal Roslan, who died in the plane crash in Bandar Elmina last Thursday.

Azmin met Shahrul's father, Roslan, who is also a former pilot, and conveyed his condolences.

"I had the opportunity to meet and convey my condolences to the deceased's father, Roslan who is also a pilot who just retired two years ago," Azmin wrote on his Facebook account today.

He also prayed for Shahrul to receive husnul khatimah and for his family to be given strength and patience.

The wait of the family members of the plane crash victims on the Guthrie Highway near Bandar Elmina, Shah Alam last Thursday ended today after all 10 bodies were handed over to the next of kin to be buried in their respective places.

Beginning with the remains of p-hailing rider Muhammad Hafiz Muhammad Salleh, 32, who was buried at the Tanah Perkuburan Islam Masjid Al-Huda, Kampung Jerung, Kedah, yesterday, nine other victims were buried in stages today.
